Bonjour,
je recherche un T5 à louer pour cet été histoire d'essayer avant d'envisager d'en acheter un.
Nous sommes 2 adultes et 2 enfants (- de 5 ans) et envisageons de partir vers le Danemark.
L'idéal serait un aménagement type Westfalia avec toit levant.
J'espère trouver mon bonheur sur ce forum.

Je ne sais pas si quelqu'un va vouloir te louer son calif !
Moi en tout cas, je suis sûrement très égoïste, mais je n'envisagerait même pas de le prêter à quelqu'un que je connais .... alors le louer !!!
On est vraiment avec ce véhicule comme des gamins : pendant les vacances et les grands week-ends, on est dedans, avant de partir, on vérifie que tout est prêt, que tout fonctionne, que les pleins sont faits .... et en rentrant on passe encore quelques demies-journées à tout laver, ranger, éventuellement à aller chez VW pour une révision ou un échange de pneus .... ce qui nous amène à ... avant le départ suivant !
Bref, quand on n'est pas dedans, on en parle ou on le bichonne ....
Suis-je la seule à être atteinte de cette maladie ?
Bon courage quand même pour la recherche d'une location ... sinon, passez à l'acte, et faites les comptes pour l'acheter !!

Effectivement je ne crois pas que ce sera facile d'en louer un.
Comme Surmjolk le dit c'est un véhicule pas commes les autres.
C'est comme un mottard, il ne prête jamais sa moto, c'est comme sa femme.

Leasing Terms
1. Leasing price
Only the prices of the actual price list are to be considered.
2. Leasing period
The leasing period begins with the preconcerted delivery of the vehicle until the definitive return of the vehicle. The retraction
of the vehicle has to be carried out not later than 12 am. EUR 25, 00 per every commenced hour will be charged (maximum a
daily leasing price). After nightfall a retraction won’t be carried out.
3. Form of payment
At the conclusion of the contract EUR 250, 00 are due.
The remaining fee of the all round leasing price is 4 weeks before the booking date due. At the delivery of the vehicle a
deposit of EUR 1000, 00 cash has to be made, (comprehensive cover and insurance excess). They will be returned after the
final retraction and clearing of all arisen costs.
4. Authorised driver
The driver has to carry along his driver license class 3 for at least a year.
5. Conduct in case of an accident
In case of an accident the driver/leaser has to inform the police and the renter immediately. If this does not happen the renter has
to answer for every damage, which is not covered by the third party risk insurance.
The leaser is not allowed to acknowledge any claims of the opposing party.
6. Insurance Cover
The leased vehicle is insured with a comprehensive cover with EUR 1000, 00 excess and a limited cover insurance with
EUR 500, 00 excess for every case of damage.
The insurance does not cover damages of the car interior. Damages of the motor and the chassis, lead back to a coarse
careless treatment of the leaser (e.g. driving with low oil level, over winding of the motor, driving on improper ways
etc.) have to be borne by the leaser.
7. Commitment of the leaser
The leased vehicle can only be used fort the intended purpose. The leaser is obliged to return the leased vehicle to the
preconcerted point of time. If this does not happen, the leaser has to pay for further leasing costs or possible, return transports. If
the leaser is lending the vehicle to a third party, the leaser is in charge for possible damages caused by this action.
8. Accomplishments of the renter
The renter provides the vehicle to the preconcerted date. If the booked vehicle is not available for any reason, the renter will
supply an alternative vehicle or will refund already made deposits. The leaser has no claims against the renter.
9. Resignation from the leasing contract
At a resignment 30 days before travel start, 50 %, of the total leasing price are due. From day 29th before travel start, the full
leasing price is due. A self inflicted or unindepted non collection of the vehicle implicates as well full payment of the leasing
price and further on the renter does not longer have any claim on the booked vehicle.
10. Leasing flat rate
For every leasing contract a general leasing flat rate is standard practice. In this one time arising expense, following
performances are covered:
Filled gas bottles, an elaborate briefing about the correct handling of the vehicle, as well as an exterior cleaning.
The vehicle interior is clean at the handing over and has to be returned alike. In case the interior cleaning has to be carried
out in part or total by the renter, a cleaning fee of EUR 60, 00 is going to be charged.
11. General Terms
This contract contains in total all agreements of the renter as well as of the leaser. Other appointments are not made. All
appointments have to be made in writing.
If one appoinment of the contract is not legally effective or can be carried out, the effectiveness of the other appointments of the
contract are not touched.
In this case both parties (renter and leaser) will come to an agreement, which covers the purpose of the contract at its best.
Court of jurisdiction and place of completion of this contract is Munich. Only German law is to be considered.
